Register & Login

Go to https://trainovate.org/ and click Sign Up.

Fill-out the Sign Up Form.

Note: Your Email Address must be active to verify your Account. In the ‘Name’ field, put your First Name and your Middle Initial (ex: Abi D.) and put your surname in the ‘Last Name’ field. So that, your Full name will be your Display Name in the website. Your Display Name will show on your certificate once you finish any course.

Click the ‘Create Account’ button, and check your email. Click the verification link that will be sent to your email.

After clicking the verification link, you will be redirected to the activation page and click the ‘Activate’ button.

After verifying your account, Sign In to your account by clicking the ‘Log In’ below.

Click the ‘Forgot Password’ then enter your Email Address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Don’t worry, you still can. In case this happens to you, please contact us at [email protected].

Corporate Account | Group Registration

Choose the course and click the course title you want to purchase.

Click the Take this Course button.

Click Group.

Check the box if you want to enroll yourself too.


NoteIf you check the box, it will also count to the quantity that you will order.

 

Set the quantity of how many users you will register.

Fill-out your Group Name.

Click Add to cart button.

 

 

Click Proceed to checkout button.

 

Fill-out your Billing Details. After that, click the Proceed to PayPal button.

You can choose between Pay with PayPal or Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

After the Payment you will be redirected here, this will serve as your receipt.

 

Go to https://trainovate.org/groups-dashboard and click Enroll New User.

Fill-out the fields given by the user that you will enroll and click Submit button.

After clicking submit button, you will be redirected here and will be notified that you successfully enrolled a user.

Go to https://trainovate.org/groups-dashboard and click Enroll New User.

Click + button.

Fill-out the fields given by the users that you will enroll and click Submit button.

After clicking submit button, you will be redirected here and will be notified that you successfully enrolled the users.

If the enroll new user is not showing, it means that the quantity that you bought for this group has been used already. Click the add new users to order more slots for the users.

After clicking, you will be redirected here. Click group, set the quantity slots that you will order and click Add to cart button.

Click the Proceed to checkout button.

 

Fill-out your Billing Details. After that, click the Proceed to PayPal button.

After the Payment you will be redirected here, this will serve as your receipt.

Go to https://trainovate.org/groups-dashboard and you will see that you can now enroll new user with the quantity that you ordered.

 

Select a course and click Show Report button.


After clicking the button, it will show the course progress of the enrollees.

 

Payment

Choose the course and click the course title you want to purchase.

Click the Take this Course button.

Click Add to Cart button.

Click Proceed to checkout button.

Fill-out your Billing Details. After that, click the Proceed to PayPal button.

After the Payment you will be redirected here, this will serve as your receipt.

You can choose between Pay with PayPal or Pay with Debit or Credit Card after clicking the Proceed to PayPal button.

After clicking the Add to cart button, you will be redirected to your cart. Fill the field “Coupon code” and click Apply coupon button.


After clicking, you will be notified that “Coupon code applied successfully”.

 

Access

After successfully paying, you will have immediate access to that course. Click the All Courses tab.

Click the course title of the course you purchased.

Watch the course introduction and read all the texts below. Then click the ‘Start Course’ button.

 

Every lesson has a video and texts below the video that you must finish. Every time you finish one lesson, there is a ‘Mark Complete’ button below the text lesson that you must click so that you can proceed to the next lesson.

It depends on which course you bought. Course access is indicated in the description of the course. Your access will start from the day you purchased.

Go to the course homepage of the course you purchased where you will see the ‘Course access will expire on (date & time)‘.

We’re really sorry to hear that. If this happens to you, don’t worry we will fix your access, just contact us at [email protected].

 

You can find your course tutor in the course homepage of your course. Just click the Name of your course tutor and Connect with her/him so you can send her/him a message anytime.

In case your course hasn’t expired yet or you already processed your payment but you still don’t have access, please contact us and we will assist you.

Certificate

Finally, when you finish the whole course, you can now download and print your certificate by clicking the “Download Certificate” button. 

 

Your display name in the website will be the name in your certificate. But don’t worry, if you did not put your surname or middle initial in your display name, you can still change that in your account.

Just go to ‘Profile’, put your first name and your middle initial in the ‘Name’ field then put your Surname in ‘Last Name’ field. After that, click the ‘Save changes’ button, then refresh your certificate to see the result.

CPD

It is indicated in the description of the course. You will also see the CPD logo in the course image.

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development, earning CPD points through the CPD accredited courses you attended gives you a better assessment on your skill level in that field. It also helps you stay interested in your profession, be better in it, and be more effective in your workplace. 

CPD is beneficial to your career advancement and contributes in your career’s success.

You will be able to receive your certificate from Trainovate once you complete the course.

Social Media Platform

Trainovate E-learning is not just about ‘Learning’ but also ‘Interacting’. Here you can ‘Post’‘Like’‘Comment’Connect with others and of course you can send them a private message like any other social media platforms.

After you Sign In, you will be redirected to your ‘Activity Feed’ or the Social Media Platform where you can post, like, comment and connect to others.

 

Just click the ‘Like’ and the ‘Comment’ button under the post you want to Like and Comment.

Click the ‘Members’ tab.

You will see all the Members of this site. For the easiest way to find the people you want to connect with, Just put the Name in the ‘Name’ field and click the ‘Search’ button.

There are two ways on how to connect with them.

A. Click the Name of the person you want to connect with.

Then click the ‘Connect’ button.

B. The second way is, click the ‘Connect Icon’ under the account of the person you want to connect with.

There are two ways to send a private message.

A. Click the ‘Inbox’ icon.

Then click the ‘View Inbox’.

Enter here the name of the person you want to send a message.

B. The second way is, go to the ‘Members’ tab then click the Name of the person you want to send a message.

Then click the ‘Message’ button.

NoteYou can only send a message to your ‘Connections’ (people you connect with) only.
